At Academic AF, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products include digital downloads and print-on-demand publications, our return policy differs by product type.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads and eBooks are non-refundable once purchased.
If you experience a technical issue downloading your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Print-on-Demand Books
Our printed journals and workbooks are produced especially for each customer through our printing partner.
Because each book is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or changes of mind.
If your order arrives with:
- printing defects
- damaged pages
- manufacturing errors
- shipping damage
please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photographs of the issue
We'll work with our printing partner to replace the defective item or issue an appropriate refund.
Shipping Errors
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
